The application feeds directly into Vast Audio’s technician onboarding and approval process. You do not need a customer account or a separate provider form.

Complete provider onboarding

Add services, AV experience, tools/software, dispatch pricing, payout preference, communication agreement, and other provider details.

Vast Audio reviews your profile

Completed applications remain pending until a Vast Audio Manager or Admin reviews and activates the provider profile.

Vast Audio’s technician network is for independent service providers. Enrollment and approval do not guarantee any minimum number of dispatches, hours, or earnings. Availability, individual dispatch terms, and applicable provider requirements are handled through the technician workflow and agreements.

Common questions

Before you apply

Do I have to accept every dispatch?

No. The Vast Audio technician workflow is designed around available opportunities and technician responses, including accepting, declining, or countering when the dispatch allows it.

Do I need a Certificate of Insurance now?

No. COI is optional during onboarding and can be added later. A current approved COI can strengthen your provider profile.

Can I register as a business?

Yes. After account creation, the onboarding wizard asks whether you are operating as an individual or a business and collects the appropriate provider profile information.

What happens after I submit?

You complete the technician onboarding steps, then the finished provider profile is submitted for Vast Audio activation review before job offers are enabled.
